This warranty is our commitment to you — that your VELLAX experience will reflect the same excellence, durability, and sophistication we build into every piece.
Warranty Coverage
The VELLAX 2-year warranty covers the following:
Manufacturing Defects – Issues arising from workmanship or production errors.
Functional & Mechanical Issues – Non-user-related failures in timekeeping, movement, or internal components.
Technical Assistance – Ongoing access to our expert support team for diagnostics and guidance.
Maintenance Support – Complimentary consultation for repair, maintenance, or replacement guidance throughout the warranty period.
Note: Cosmetic wear (such as scratches, discoloration, or strap aging) caused by normal use is not considered a defect and is not covered under warranty.
Initial 14-Day Full Replacement Guarantee
In line with our Return & Refund Policy, The VELLAX offers a 14-day window from the date of delivery for a complete replacement or refund in eligible cases — such as items arriving defective, damaged, or malfunctioning.
During this period, once the issue is verified, customers may choose between:
A free replacement, or
A full refund, without requiring product return in most verified cases.

After 14 Days — Extended Warranty Protection
After the initial 14-day period, your 2-year warranty remains fully active and provides continued coverage against manufacturing or mechanical defects.
Customers can contact us at any time within 24 months from the delivery date for assistance.
Our team will assess the issue and offer tailored support, which may include repair, replacement, or maintenance guidance.
We ensure that every case is handled with transparency and care, reflecting our long-term commitment to customer satisfaction.
Warranty Exceptions
The VELLAX 2-Year Warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or impact.
Water damage (unless the watch is specifically marked as water-resistant).
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party servicing.
Battery depletion, strap or bracelet wear, or general cosmetic deterioration.
Loss, theft, or damage caused by external factors such as fire or natural disasters.
Ineligible issues or damage caused by handling outside recommended care void the warranty coverage.
Warranty Claim Process
To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our support team at returns@watches.maxalstudio.online, providing your order number, product name, and a detailed description of the issue.
Verification: Our team will assess the claim, and if required, request supporting photos or videos.
Resolution: Depending on eligibility, we’ll provide a free replacement, technical assistance, or maintenance guidance.
In verified cases, customers may not be required to return the product. If a return is needed, our team will guide you through the process.
Ownership & Transfer
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) is required to validate the claim.
Warranty Duration & Expiry
The 2-year warranty period begins from the date of delivery and remains valid for 24 consecutive months.
After expiry, you may still contact our support team for maintenance advice or assistance, subject to availability of parts and services.

The VELLAX warranty is internationally valid and recognized across all countries where we ship. No matter where you are, our team remains available to assist you remotely.
