14-Day Return Period: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Verification & Resolution: In many verified cases, returns are not required — customers may choose between a free replacement or a full refund.
2-Year Warranty: Each VELLAX timepiece and accessory is covered by a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. The first 14 days allow for full replacement; beyond that, our team remains available for assistance, maintenance, or replacement support.
